Product Information Grade
Rubaloy – 7573 is a high performance grade, offering excellent ozone, oil and abrasion resistance. It is non-staining and is made from 70% medium ACN content NBR and 30% from PVC Resin.

Processing Characteristics
Rubaloy – 7573 is easily processible on conventional Rubber processing/compounding machines. It has a very good filler and plasticizer absorption which makes the compounding cycle quick, saving time and reducing costs. Warm mixing mill compounding is recommended for best results. Rubaloy – 7573 can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures. Recommended plasticizers are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, TCR, CPO and other Aromatic Plasticizers. Paraffinic based softeners are not recommended.

Curing
Standard Sulphur or Peroxide curing systems are to be used.

Applications
It is a high quality, general purpose grade with a slightly different specification. LPG tubes and hoses, Autoparts, Gaskets, Oil Seals etc.
