Product Information Grade
NBP – 3050 is a unique blend of Nitrile Rubber with a very low percentage of PVC, Plasticizers, Specially Stabilizers, Anti-Oxidants, Anti-Static agents, etc. Test reports have proved that NBP 3050 has superior compound properties as compared to medium NBR. Handling, Cutting and weighing of NBP 3050 is easy as it comes in sheets, thus saving on time, cost and labour.
Processing Characteristics
NBP – 3050 can be easily processed on conventional rubber mixing/compounding machines. It has excellent filler and plasticizer absorption properties and can withstand elevated compounding temperatures.
Applications
NBP – 3050 replaces medium Nitrile in almost all applications with superior oil and ozone resistance.
